Standing In My Worth

When we know exactly what we want. When we understand how much we and our work are worth. When we set and strengthen our boundaries in a natural and relaxed way. When we radiate calm and certainty. Then we have arrived fully in our worth. We know ourselves. We know what serves us well. We stand up for ourselves.

In order to reach this new level of consciousness, it is first necessary to acknowledge and accept all of our quirks. Our weaknesses. Our shadow aspects. We take a close look: Where we come from. Where we want to go. What drives us. What holds us back.

Setting boundaries is often no easy task. All too often, we ourselves feel pushed back when someone around us does so. Sometimes we even think it is not our place to show others their behaviour is inappropriate. All this has a lot to do with our upbringing and with the environment in which we live. All this can be unlearned.

We can learn to be there for ourselves. We can learn to lovingly point out our own values and limits.

We can learn to acknowledge our own unchanging worth and act accordingly.

Course topics

  1. In which areas of life do I want to stand up for myself more powerfully? When do I behave as if my worth is less than?
  2. What values and principles have I been given by my parents? How much does this heritage influence me?
  3. What is important to me personally? What theme would I like to choose for my life?
  4. How can I feel into my boundaries? How can I set boundaries towards others in a self-confident and compassionate way?
  5. How do I learn to trust in my abilities and qualities and to utilise them with pride?
   
This is merely to give you an impression. Since you and your needs are at the focus here, I will adapt the course topics individually to you.
 
In all courses (intensive, medium, short) similar topics will be addressed and, depending on the depth of the course, will be worked on with appropriate intensity.
